We visited on the Saturday and was helped by Claire in terms of the product we were looking for. Then went back in on Sunday where Claire remembered us, offered us tea or coffee and said if we needed more information please ask and left us to make a decision. Claire made the purchasing very easy and when we decided to go for the financial option, she was clear in explaining the information to us. We did pop into other bed shops just to compare and weren't even acknowledged! Overall, it was simple, quick and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Member of staff was very informative on makes of mattress, made us feel at ease. Made us feel that we took our time to make the right choice, not hurried in any way. Explained the difference between latex, memory foam ect. Would definitely recommend this store to friends and relatives.

Plenty of choice, good price range, knowledgeable and pleasant assistant. Good all round service , delivery , and removal of old mattress to a recycling centre .

Julie my advisor in store was lovely, helpful and personable. Julie didn’t push the sale and made me comfortable in store and while making my purchase. I was so happy with Julie that I visited the store to look and then returned to her when I was ready to make my purchase (even waiting a short while for her to be available after serving another customer)

We were welcomed at the door of the store and offered a hot beverage, which we declined. We were then allowed to wander around by ourselves initially without any pressurising sales talk - which was a very good start. Help was offered, but initially declined as we knew what we wanted to look at first. When we were ready to ask questions about products, assistance was readily available. Staff product knowledge was good. After briefing, we were again allowed to try out some mattresses, which allowed us to make intelligent judgements based on staff input and practical experience of the products on display. In summary, the service was excellently deployed to assist us make a good decision about a major purchase.

The sales person at Broadcut Fareham was extremely helpful without being pushy. Her knowledge was invaluable and she answered all my questions and left me to browse which I liked, once I made my decision there was no rushing me to the sales desk to make a quick sale. She took time gave myself and my daughter a drink and even took time for social chit chat the whole experience was to coin a face a dream and I would definitely recommend this branch to family and friends.

Visited to view options and supported by Simon. He explained the various bases and mattresses and advised on how to check comfort and suitability. My wife and I followed his advice and checked a number of mattresses and a few bases. We eventually made our decision and decided to purchase. We were slightly disappointed at the delivery timescale but being realistic we only visited Dreams to view options and were not expecting to purchase so quickly. The purchase was due to three elements the quality and choices of the products, the efficiency of Simon and the value. Thanks
