I have had beds from you before and was greatly pleased with the products and the deliveries.

I was greeted when I entered the store and asked if I needed assistance. I wanted to have a general look around on my own first, which he was happy with and said if I had any questions to just ask. On my request, the assistant explained and demonstrated clearly the difference in the mattresses and divans. Once I decided which bed I wanted to purchase, the process was made clear to me and was very efficient. I was treated courteously and with respect.

Dreams colleague welcomed me into the store, asked what I was looking for & from all the info I took with m she pointed 6 beds for me to try. One of those I bought. Great service & quick estimate of delivery. Due 15 Jan.

Product available in a good store with helpful staff

Greeted promptly & courteously by Neil. Brief chat about our reasons for visit and preferences. Very quickly shown range of products to meet our requirements - with no discussion about pricing. No pressure at any time, we felt we were getting individual attention.

Lots of products in store to try, although I noticed quite a lot of products online which couldn't be tried in store which was slightly annoying. The customer service was excellent and the sales rep was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.

Staff were very helpful ( even made me a nice cup of coffee ) but also gave us time and space to look and try the mattress's
