Staff were very helpful ( even made me a nice cup of coffee ) but also gave us time and space to look and try the mattress's

Staff were very friendly and very knowledgable regarding their products. The item was readily available and several options were given regarding a delivery date.

Julie (who looked after us) was very attentive and dealt really well with my Dad’s silly joke! We were offered a cup of tea or coffee which no other store offered us and Julie was very patient when I explained what I wanted and also that I was going to look in another store for comparison. There was no problem with delivering to Cheltenham and Julie was open about the small extra charge for the Saturday delivery. Thank you Julie and Dreams!

We were greeted once we were in the store and not straight away which was comforting and not pushy. They offered beverages and gave leaflets of information for what we were after. Helpful on answering questions too.

Sales man knew every answerer to the questions I asked ,very helpfull and didn’t rush me,

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams. The sales assistant was very helpful and informative when I went to buy a single mattress for my spare room. He understood what I required, and the process of ordering was quick and easy, and reasonably priced.

Julie who assisted us was very helpful and informative. gave us advice on what we were looking for today and on what we are planning to purchase in the future which we plan to go back to this store.

I could not have had a more courteous, or professional help in the Fareham store by Julie. She listened and advised me well on my choices. She helped me previously in buying a bed and mattress, which is why I returned as a customer.
