Dreams - Fareham

We had visited the fareham branch to look at a bed we had seen online, unfortuantely the bed wasn't in the store however claire was fantastic and was able to show us similar bed frames, fabric swatches and give a detailed overview of the bed we wanted. Claire was brilliant at explaining all the different types of mattresses and helped us to pick a mattress that suited us. Claire was honest that the bed we wanted was able to be ordered however it currently didn't have a delivery date but she is looking into it and will let us know ASAP. fantastic service!

It was quick and easy to get what I wanted to buy. Advice was given readily when I stepped into the store.

Assistant Julie spent a lot of time with me, explaining different things, confirming tv brand, helping find a suitable mattress- and great with filling in finance application. Very enjoyable experience - she knew her stuff......

Simon really helped us with any questions we had as I suffer very badly with my back, I was having a bad day and didn't feel too well,. all the staff were helpful and friendly got me a pillow for my back whilst we were putting a order through made us lots of coffee and we had a laugh too We were there for at least 2 hours mulling over what was best for us .. unfortunately our finance didn't go through for the one we would have chosen first But we got a really good second choise and delivery was assured 4 days which was amazing and I'm dieing for a goon nights sleep !!.. We also bought pillows which have been great too Thanks to simon and the team at fareham for a great service

Julie was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was attentive but not overly so. We were allowed to try any of the beds as we wished and her insight was most helpful. She understood my needs and made excellent recommendations. I feel I have purchased a top quality bed that represents very good value for money and that will last for years ahead.

Julie was friendly, professional and evidenced she had a good knowledge on the beds available and was able to identify the mattress style I was looking for. She was not pushy for the sale and enabled us to have enough time to think about the decision of buying the bed.
