very helpful assistant- we werent rushed and had plenty of time to make a choice- thought some headboards were expensive - we paid £389 which was £100 more than the one we bought recently on line(- 4`6 - bought on line because the board we wanted was not available with you) however- I needed to see the board for colour purposes hence shopped in store

Walked into the store and was greeted immediately and directed to exactly what I was looking for as well as other variations of the same thing to try out too. The whole experience was efficient, smooth and friendly.

The information received over the phone and the personal recommendation based on our requirements was perfect.

The sales assistant was so helpful without being pushy for a sale, after a visit to another bed shop a few days before we were not looking forward to the visit. However, she was so helpful and made everything so easy to get to our choice of bed. Years ago I had the similar service from dreams and this was even better. Thank you for making this difficult decision so much easier than expected.

Simon was very helpful. I was buyig bed for health reasons and he made the extra effort to see that had every assistance
