The staff were very welcoming and were available to offer advice where needed.

The staff member (Jennifer) was very friendly and had good knowledge of what I was after and explained what would be best for me. She also suggested that I would probably prefer the slightly cheaper Tempur mattress (Contour Elite) rather than the more expensive Contour Luxe because I was a front sleeper and she explained why. She wasn't at all pushy and ensured I had the time needed; she also asked if I wanted tea/coffee etc. I was able to try several different mattresses and after finding one I liked, trying another which wasn't as nice and then another which I liked, she didn't at all mind I wanted to try the 1st one again to make sure, and fully understood that it was an expensive purchase that must be right! She also made sure I was aware of the "comfort" guarantee and that it can be exchanged within 40 days free of charge aside £49 delivery fee. Overall I was satisfied, cheaper prices are available online, although having the ability to try in store is clearly very useful, and the 0% finance deal was a winner.

Staff member (Jennifer) was very helpful, good product knowledge and made me feel welcome, offered me a cup of tea and made me feel at home. The store was clean and welcoming.

The assistant (Jennifer) could not have been more helpful both in store and on the phone. A credit to your company.
