Having planned a day of visits to multiple shop we visited you first bad got everything we were looking for with a very easy professional service and a great range to choose from

Member of staff that served me was polite, friendly and professional. Not pushy but knew his stuff. He listened carefully to my needs and acted accordingly, even redoing the order for a different delivery date to accommodate my specific circumstances. No fuss, just reassured me that it was ‘not a problem ‘.

Assistant helped guide me to the best options for me and left me to try them out while periodically checking I was OK and answering my questions. Just how I. like to shop

I was very satisfied with my experience at dreams , I was noticed even though the assistant was dealing with another customer. As soon as he finished he came to see me he was very knowledgeable on what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me something I didn't won't or need and I was very satisfied on my purchase .

Jennifer helped us to make a decision to order a mattress after testing and discussing our requirements. The delivery was made within four days. The communication by text and email could not have been better.

We actually visited the store for a sofa, not knowing you just sold beds & he's from furniture but Simon demonstrated a TV bed we were looking at & recommended we took a look upstairs at the other TV beds, which we did & that's where we found our new bed that we didn't even knew we needed lol
