Dreams - Fareham

The store assistant was very friendly and helpful despite it being late in the evening she had lots of time for us and made us feel at ease. The delivery SLA was very reasonable, quicker than expected and delivery communications frequent. The range of products is good including price range although there were a few items we wanted to try which were not on display in either shop we visited.

The salesman was very helpful, he checked immediately for the type of bedframe we wanted and came to find us and tell us what was available and delivery times. Once we'd decided what we wanted, the transaction was put through quickly and each step was explained to us. We were very happy with the service we received.

Staff showed us exactly what we were looking for and let us test the beds without pressure. They also answered all questions professionally.

The service was excellent and we were really looked after including a really lovely cup of tea!!

We had Clare from the Fareham branch help us. We had been in twice as we were undecided on what bed to choose and Clare was very helpful and gave us a lot of information

For is, customer service is everything and your staff ticked every box exceptionall well. Warm welcome without being overbearing; we were offered tea or coffee whilst we were browsing; very helpful when required; knowledgeable about the products; no hard sell which is always a relief; quick & efficient sales process. Because of the service we received, we will make that Dreams store our first choice for beds & mattresses in future. Thanks for a great service.

After explaining my needs the sales lady Claire was very informative about the types of bed mattresses available and which ones were most suited to my needs. She was honest and informative. My husband and I were offered tea or coffee before making any commitment which was welcoming and were not badgered at all. The selection and pricing of the beds were wonderful and having bought before from Dreams, had to need to shop elsewhere.
