Claire looked after us very well made us tea and was honest about offers on at the time

Claire was excellent in dealing with our requests. She pointed out what we asked her but left us to test the beds whilst she make us a very nice cup of tea. All round excellent customer service.

Service was very good staff polite and helpful even supplied us with coffee.

Everything was very easy and staff was very friendly

We were greeted as we entered the store, and offered a drink which was nice, as we are a younger couple we have found in other furniture stores sales assistants ignore us as they don't think we can afford to shop there. It's nice that dreams treats all their customers the same!

Although the store was quiet, the staff were very attentive without being pushy. There when needed and then merge into the background. Product knowledge was excellent
