My husband and I were looking to replace our bed due to ongoing back problems with me and my husband being disabled. The staff were very friendly, polite and understood our requirements and were able to advice us on the best products to suit both our needs. Unlike, many retailers your staff didn’t stare at my husband and wanted to understand what they could do to best advice us, to enable us to make the right choices and make our purchase. I spent a bit more than I intended

The sales assistant Julie was amazing, very knowledgeable regarding the different ranges of beds and mattresses, she was extremely patient with us and spent a lot of time with both my wife and I helping us to make the right decision about which type of mattress was right for us, which was fantastic. Her customer service skills were exemplary making us feel at ease and trusting of her advice which also led us to purchasing a new bed and mattress for my Daughter. Thank You Julie.

The whole procedure was quick and very easy. As I am disabled I found just the mattress to fit my needs And served by a very helpful and understanding assistant.
