There were a large variety of beds/mattresses on show. The knowledge from the Sales Team brilliant and helped us with our needs in looking for a new bed and mattress for our son.

Julie was very helpful and had an easy smile. She explained the differences between the bed bases and was very happy to go through the catalogue with us. While she couldn't help with all our needs, she directed us to another branch that would have the items we wanted.

Simon who helped us to purchase our bed was very helpful and friendly. As soon as we walked in he welcomed us and informed us which bed slats would be best for the mattress we already owned. When purchasing the bed the process was very quick and we were offered drinks while we went through this. I would highly recommend dreams to friends and family and am very grateful to finally have a bed after a year of sleeping on just a mattress.

Friendliness/helpfulness of staff and ease of purchase.

The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble, we were offered tea or coffee on arrival and I tried 4 different pillows on 2 different beds. Very impressive.

The shop workers were very professional and friendly

We came here upon recommendation from a family member and were not disappointed. From the moment we walked into the store, the Dream Colleague 'Simon' welcomed us and asked whether we needed any help. We were very happy with the range of products within the store and felt that Simon was able to help advise us towards the most suitable product for our needs (in this instance, a firm mattress). There was a good price range of products available, and the store was very tidy and clean. It didn't feel too crammed, the store was openplan and pleasant. Overall, Simon made the whole experience of buying a first bed for mine and my partner's first home (understandably a very exciting time) very simple, quick and pleasant. We would definitely return to this store in future for any further requirements.

The salesman was very informative about the mattress and recommended that we try them out before our purchase as not always is the most expensive suitable for every bodies needs.
