All the staff were excellent. Tea was supplied as we browsed. When small child, not mine, broke a tea mug the care and consideration given by the staff member was sympathetic and caused no shock to the boy. The parents were suitably assured too. Excellent service by all.

The sales advisor had the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. Also the balance of leaving us to browse whilst also checking in if we had any questions about the products was pitched correctly for us.

Jennifer at Fareham was extremely helpful, helped with everything I didnt understand, very friendly and outgoing warm welcoming as well

Store nice light and airy able to walk around without being pressurised. Store manager approached at the right time we told him what we wanted and were shown to the desk. All through the ordering process he talked us through and never felt he was talking down to us. Explained delivery dates times where the goods would be coming from. Interaction from other work colleagues was pleasant and very friendly. Upon completion of the transaction there wasn't any pressure to be pushed through the door. The choice, price and ease of ordering was brilliant. I had an issue with delivery as I am on an army base. Not a problem for Dreams! We came up with a way of delivering the mattress to me. Item yet to be delivered, but I am looking forward to receiving my 2 hr slot tomorrow.

Staff were friendly and attentive. They knew their subject when asked for advice. I was able to choose easily once I understood the options available to me. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
