I wanted a particular brand and was given help to find this in the store quickly. The staff member was knowledgeable about the mattress, without pressurising, and answered my queries well. I was also given advice and straightforward information regarding accessories but did not feel i must do so. I chose to add a mattress protector to my purchase. Free delivery is very welcome and was offered for a week ahead with assistance to place the mattress where I want it. This is very good service and I am Highly Satisfied with the whole experience.
