Dreams - Fareham

I had gone into the Dreams store in Fareham looking to purchase my chosen bed and mattress, I had already stated which bed I wanted which was available. The man that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me come to my conclusion on what mattress I could have and what sort of mattress I wanted. I wanted quite a firm mattress but still comfortable to go with my bed. He allowed me to test each mattress he had suggested and was very patient as I was very undecided. He gave a significant amount of information that really helped me. He was very helpful and made my time at Dreams very good! I was very satisfied with the service I had got and I am sure once my bed and mattress have arrived I will also be highly satisfied with that.

This was our first shop for a new bed in forty years. We have purchased new mattresses they have only been cheap as having a large family this was not a priority. Julie the lovely sales assistant asked if we needed help I told her roughly what we were looking for. Julie then told us some useful product information explaining about the springs and their differences, without being too indepth. She then gave us pillows and we tried the different beds she checked on us intermittently without being intrusive. Paying was simple Julie then suggested mattress protector and pillows. Looking forward to our new bed.

Staff were good at gauging the right level of contact with the customers, and were helpful in letting us know the easy way to differentiate between the different types of mattress before allowing us to browse. The colour code system made it really easy for us to narrow down the type of mattress which suited our needs. The staff members were also easily accessible should we have any questions.
