Simon looked after my 86 year old farther very well. He had time and patience with him

We bought a bed last year from Fareham and were more than happy with the service, so we returned again when we needed another one and received the same high standard of service

The lady that served us was very attentive to our personal needs and was very knowledgable about the different range of products on sale. She did not try and sell us the highest value item and recommended products based on our needs.

She was very helpful as my husband has vascular dementia and she showed me what mattress was best for him

Very friendly staff, Julie took care of us and she was very attentive without pushing anything, When we changed our choice after careful consideration she just said yes and fixed. We were given plenty of time to test the mattresses, and used the sleep moniter (?). Delivery is much sooner than expected. All in all a happy experience. Thank you Julie..

The experience of our visit was superb particularly the help from your sales person Ed. He spent time finding out what we wanted and gave us a number of options of beds to look at . he gave us a lot of time . He is well trained and a credit to your company

It is not every day one purchases a new mattress and consequently we cannot say we are experts. We were guided through the choices available by a very professional store manager who helped us see what the right choice is for us. We were able to try out the short list of mattresses in various hardness levels and make our choice.
