Good customer service and great price for the bed. Bought on the last day of the sale. Would have liked a quicker delivery date though.

Our reception was extremely good and we were made to feel like very important customers ! Julie and Neil were knowledgeable and friendly, and they even brought us each a cup of tea ! If ever we had to replace the selected bed (God forbid) we would go to no other firm than Dreams.

Friendly welcome. Knowledgeable staff who explained the types of mattress available, left us alone to review the products and was readily available to answer all our questions in detail. Wide range of product covering a good range of prices.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who let you browse before offering assistance. Once we selected our products they offered alternatives which were sometimes cheaper. Offered coffee when doing the paperwork and walked us through the whole process

I was not kept waiting when I showed an interest in a particular bed, and the advice I was given was extremely helpful and the staff were very knowledgeable. They were also very helpful when I added some pillows and other extras to my order.

Julie the assistant who helped us could not have been more helpful or friendly to the point of making me a cup of tea which was a really nice thought.
