Julie who assisted us with our decision was very knowledgeable and had plenty of time for us without rushing.

We were asked if we would like tea/coffee while deciding which bed we wanted, if we wanted a demonstration we only had to ask nothing was too much trouble. We did not feel rushed into making a decision. As i am disabled i felt at ease as i have reduced mobility it is not easy for me to rush about.

Simon, the sales associate was fantastic, he took the time to understand our needs, specifically surrounding mattress and firmness and took time to explain the benefits and how to find the right mattress for our needs. He was fantastic

Friendly staff & knowledge of staff

Simon, was excellent. Explained the difference between the types of beds. Advised on how to choose a bed and gave advice on pillows too.
