Simon was very polite and offered lots of advice without being too pushy.

I liked the fact when the assistant saw my wife and I looking at the Temper mattress she came over and asked if we would like any help regarding the Temper range which was a great help to us choosing our new mattress.

The shop assistant was lovely. I had already been on line so had a good idea of my requirement. She was able to give me very helpful advice on my choices and purchase.

Everything was very clearly explained, we got what what we wanted in a timely manner. Jennifer was very helpful.

Simon greeted us on arrival at the store, offered us advice on the bed/mattress we were looking for. Gave us time to have a look around and try out the various mattresses. He offered us tea/coffee as did another colleague who asked if we needed any help whilst we were looking around. Delivery date was set at our request to allow us to decorate the room the bed was going in.

We were welcomed into the showroom by Julie and asked if we required help or would like to browse we asked to browse.Julie gave us a leaflet explaining the colour coding for the mattresses told us where she could be found and offered us a tea or coffee a very nice touch. when we asked for help Julie clearly knew she stuff and was able to make suggestions of other mattresses to try. We were never rushed or made to feel we were wasting her time, in fact we were encouraged to take our time. Ordering and paying was made quick and easy and Julie went above and beyond by finding some sweets for me as my blood sugars were low. Well done Dreams Fareham and a huge thank you to Julie for all her time and knowledge

Both Julie and Claire were very attentive and gave me all the options I needed to make my purchase. Very professional and not pushy, this is my second visit and my first was just as good hence why I returned when ready to make my order.

The manager was the first one to help us look for a new bed and was extremely helpful. After we went away to think about our choices, we came back and two other assistants helped us. All 3 were very lovely, helpful and understood my medical needs for a bed.
