Simon was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped greatly in us finding the best deal possible.

Very approachable staff, felt they had experience and were knowledgeable. We were offered hot drinks before we made any indication that we might make any purchase. We did not feel under any pressure and were not ‘followed’ around the store and hassled. The order was processed very efficiently so much so that we will be returning to make a further purchase for our spare room.

We were shopping with my blind 95 year old father who has very specific needs and firm views about what he was looking for. This issue was completely and quickly understood by the staff who led us through various options with sensitivity explaining clearly in plain English what and why our choices were. Very professional.

Greeted on entering store,by staff shivering from cold,due to heating failure,couldn’t have done more,coffee offered to us,thank you,we declined this offer, Excellent service.

When we first visited to get an idea Julie was extremely helpful with explaining the products to us and I felt very relaxed bed hopping trying to find the mattress to suit my needs. She helped by explaining which ones would be best suited to my needs and even got me a different pillow to test out.

Julie was polite and professional knew her stock and availability plus very understanding of my mums needs
