Dreams - Fareham

went to several stores. found dreams to have a good selection , the sales assistant was very helpful. we didn't order immediately but when I phoned to order, I wanted to deal with her again as she had been helpful and peasant. unfortunately she wasn't in on the day I called.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. They made me feel welcome and displayed the correct level of of attendance without being pushy. They were informative with good product knowledge.

The lady assistant could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. Julie was a real credit to Dreams and did all we wanted to achieve on our visit to your Fareham Store. She looked after our every need and was courteous and polite.

Very friendly staff who are very helpful. It is great to have a store like dreams which has a great selection of prouducts that you can see and try out before making a decision

We originally intended to look at products but were surprised by the excellent choice and decided with assistance to confirm a purchase that satisfied all our needs.

The staff were very helpful. There was a good choice of diffrent beds. My 8 year old daughter was very pleased as we went bed shopping for her 😁

Very helpful staff explained variety of beds on display and what we should look for when trying them.We were considering a new bed but the assistant said that if the base was still sturdy,we only really needed a mattress.
