Dreams - Fareham

I was welcomed at the door by a lovely lady called claire, she offered me and my husband a hot drink and assisted us with choosing the perfect mattress as my husband has a collapsed vertebrae. I will be back in the future for hopefully a tv bed. Many thanks amy

Very friendly and helpful staff who made the process stress free. Did not feel pressured at any point.

The assistant was very helpful and quick to acknowledge our arrival without being intrusive or rude.

The member of staff Claire was very good. My wife is disabled and can not walk very far and finds it hard to get up and off the beds but Claire was very patient and helpful .

The level of customer service we received from Julie was exceptional. Both my wife and I have a combined 50 years experience of working in retail so we have a good understanding of how best to treat customers and Julie exceeded our expectations. We were well aware that selling and upselling additional products was going to be part of the overall purchase but Julie delivered this in a way that suited us and was not overly pushy. It was a pleasure to shop in Dreams Fareham and our experience with Julie would make us return to the store.

I parked in a disabled spot outside the store and the assistant immediately saw me and went to open the door to assist me. This lady Jennifer immediately offered me and cup of tea and when she had determined what I was looking for which was a specific type of mattress, she couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. But she still allowed me to look and try out items without being pushy but just watching for when I needed assistance which I liked. If an assistant is all over me then I will walk out of a shop but Jennifer got it just right. She was most helpful and friendly and when I had decided what I wanted she dealt with the transaction smoothly and quickly. Very pleased. I now however have to wait for delivery which unfortunately is a week away. The only down side.

Although the store had no customers when I was there, the female assistant was very helpful. ( I had only one grumble - the male assistant did not lift his head once from the computer even to smile or say hello). The lady offered me a cup of tea and left me to browse and try the mattresses. She offered me a pillow so that was able to lie in a better position and generally, her knowledge was good. Thank you Claire.
