Everything from the assistance and help with choosing the bed and bedside cabinets. We were told exactly what all the items cost and when delivery would be. The paying of items was also extremely quick and professional. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.

From the minute we walked into the store we were greeted with a friendly face and after explaining what we were looking for the assistant helped all the way through the process

The assistant, Ed, was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about the products on offer. He gave us a great personal service with as much time as we needed to make an informed decision. The products on offer were plentiful without being overwhelming and of a high quality and competitive in price.

Answered all relevant questions with no problems. Not pushy or controlling , presented multiple options.

Julie went over and above our expectations with her helpfulness. She was not fazed by my husband’s disability which makes him very slow and did everything possible to assist us to make the right choice.
