The manager at the Fareham branch Niel was extreamly helpful but with out being pushy he gave us advice but then left us to consider and talk over what he had said.

found the sales person very friendly and was informative and seem to know what she was talking about.

The shop assistant was very knowledgeable in all the products we questioned her about, and she wasn't pushy in her sales talk.

My wife and I were served by Claire. She demonstrated extensive knowledge of the products and was able to explain what different labels meant and guide us in our choices.

Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful and buying our new bed was painless

The two ladies were extremely helpful and friendly and took time to understand our requirements. There was no feeling of being under pressure or being rushed. Very good.

I was made to feel welcome when I went in to the store and I was offered a tea/coffee, which was nice too. Mr Swales was very helpful to me and went through all the options I had for the amount I had to spend. I ended up with a mattress that I'm hoping I will be very pleased with. Thanks!

Friendly staff, had a cup of tea made for us and pillows brought over. Even though it was the end of day did not feel rushed.
