I found the item I wanted, checked store availability, drove to the local store and purchased. The lady was very friendly and efficient , she was offering to help us carry to our car as my husband is disabled despite having a bad back herself, she was lovely.

Our assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and we were offered hot drinks. There was a great selection of beds and mattresses availble to try out and we could get an idea of the type of mattress we wanted. We were happy with the payment options and the delivery lead time. We secured a free mattress cover which was great. Overall a fab experience.
