The assistant was very helpful and friendly.Jennifer answered all my questions and was very patient.

I received assistance straight away. Having outlined my requirements and preferences I was shown a selection of suitable products to meet these. All was explained very clearly and the customer service I received was excellent. As I have not yet received the mattress I cannot really confirm if I am happy with the quality, but it certainly seemed excellent as far as I could tell without actually sleeping on it! (Good as your customer service was this did not seem to be an appropriate test at the time!)

We were served by Jennifer who was extremely knowledgable and helpful. She gave us as much information as we needed to understand the different products whilst allowing us time to consider our options without feeling under any pressure to buy. We came away feeling well looked after and pleased with our experience.

The staff were very welcoming but not pushy. The lady we dealt with was very nice and friendly but others there were also happy to help.

Julie the sales assistant was brilliant, gave help when it was asked for and not in your face all the time. She let us make a choice, gave us advice but no pressure. A credit to your store.

A Dreams salesperson came over to us when we entered the store to ask if we needed any immediate help or if we just wanted to browse. We were offered hot drinks & then left to look around. If we had any questions relating to the items we were looking at, the salesperson (Simon) was very knowledgeable & helpful. He helped us choose the mattress that best suited our requirements & which hopefully will turn out to be a fantastic buy once delivered. Very good shopping experience, thank you.
