Dreams - Fareham

I was looking for a mattress similar to one that I bought some years ago. It is extremely comfortable and although I was unable to get exactly the same model, I was shown two that were very close to it.

Found exactly what we wanted and at a good price

I found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and polite during my visit.

We visited the store as there is no store in Andover. Your sales assistant Claire was very helpful! Even made me a coffee :) The only down side was a 4 week wait for delivery.

Salesman was quick to ask if I needed help, knew exactly what I wanted even though my description wasn't quite right, whole time in store from walking in to leaving with the product was no more than 20 minutes.

We were welcomed into the store. Simon offered us a drink and told us the best way was to try the beds. He offered us all the information we needed whether is was about the construction of the mattresses or the finance available. At no time did we feel pressured into making a sale. When we got to our final three choices Simon was really helpful. He explained all the details about the mattress and provided us with the relevant catalogue for the product. We left the store to discuss our choice and then returned to make our purchase. Another member of staff welcomed us and remembered that we had been in the store earlier and that it’s was Simon who was helping us. She apologised because Simon was busy with another customer advising that he would not be too long. We completed the paperwork with the minimum of fuss. We left the store extremely satisfied with our purchase and the experience we had in the store

Jennifer 065 was extremely knowledgeable and gave me precise info that I required and quickly helping to make the buying of a bed not drawn out - which is great not having an awful sales pitch and being followed around the store.

The sales lady Julie was very friendly and informative . Nothing was to much bother. Really enjoyed yhe experience. Many thanks
