We went to the store the day before and got information about the Tempur mattress. We returned the next day, after discussing the price, to process the order. We had bought a bed several years ago from Dreams.

We were looked after by a man called Simon and he offered us a cup of tea. he knew what he was talking about and answered all our questions. we were in and out within 30 mins with exactly what we were looking for.

I waited until now to do the survey because I didn't realise that the delivery would be treated separately. Julie (validation code:065) helped us make our selection of a separate bed frame and mattress. She went out of her way to be as helpful as possible. While we were waiting for the sale to be completed we were offered a drink which my wife enjoyed. The tea person, whose name we cannot remember, was also extremely pleasant and helpful. The mattress protector required for the bed was not available so we had to return to your store to pick it up after Julie phoned when the replacement stock had been delivered. Unfortunately the correct sized sheet are not held in stock, but we were directed to a local store which had a supply.
