I was very satisfied with the service and help given by Julie.She was very polite and helpful and welcomed us with our grandson.She even made us a cup of coffee . It was the professional approach that allowed us to make our purchase ( I can not tolerate people that are too pushy ) this is not helpful in any way.We would not hesitate to make further purchase from this store in the future.

We were highly satisfied with the assistance we got from claire as she had a lot of knowledge about your products and helped us to find something that suited are needs. Claire was very friendly and easy to talk to we even had a nice cup of tea.

My wife and I were approached by a friendly assistant who explained the colour coding for the mattresses and let us explore the different options without being at all pushy but making sure that we were ok.

All of the staff at the fareham branch were so helpful and knowledgeable. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile, offered help but not crowded or pressured . As good a shopping experience as we ever had
