the staff were both knowledgible and very helpful.

Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable, excellent standard of service fully understood the information given and they also offered advice on all products. drinks offered when 1st came into store and was asked if required a refill, cannot fault the branch at all and in particular a special mention to Simon who dealt with my order, in all I would certainly recommend to friends and family. with such friendly and helpful staff they made my visit a fulfilling experience.

After visiting several different shops and in several places ,given the hard sell,it was a pleasure to visit Dreams where the assistant gave just the right amount information then allowed us to brouse the store unattended. When we had questions ,these were answered promply and alternatives were offered to meet our exact requirements. We did intend this visit to be a look only but there was no compotition.

Couldn't recommend Julie in the Fareham branch highly enough, she was patient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions to give us the best choice of mattress to suit our needs. Normally struggle as my Husband and i like a different firmness of bed and have been know to change after 6 months in the past. Will definately recommend to friends and family.
