The staff showing us the different bed options were very knowledgeable. After ordering a double bed, the next day we decided we wanted to change our order, which was carried out by the shop staff without any problems. Also, we were impressed with the large variety of beds on show, which made choosing the one for us easier.

We wanted a replacement mattress and were guided to buy one! Looked at all the options and chose one we liked. Backed by a 100 Day return offer.

Claire the assistant was very helpful, and our order went through quickly and the delivery date was convenient for us. Didn't feel rushed when choosing a mattress and CLAIRE was able to answer questions on our choice and offered recommendations.

The sales team didn't hover and told us what we need to know

We were highly satisfied as we were given information on types on mattresses available and the assistant was very knowledgable on the products which were available.

The purchase of the required bed was made easy by Simon (Dreams Employee), he was informative without being pushy and provided us with a all the information required to go ahead and make the purchase, along with bed cover guarantee.

That lady in Dreams on the evening of Mon-4-Dec was very helpful & not a pushy sales person. I was given time to try all the beds in the store & didn't feel rushed at all. Thank you

I initially phoned the local store to enquire how long it would take for a double bed base to be delivered and also the price. Claire on the phone was so lovely and especially helpful in recognising my needs. As soon as we arrived at the store I realised it was Claire who came to our aid by her helpfulness. It was a relatively quick transaction as it was a pretty basic sale. Unfortunately, when the bed was was delivered we were unable to affix one side of the joining brackets. I immediately phoned the helpline given and was spoken to with such respect and a replacement bed was ordered. When the delivery man arrived he politely asked if he could take a look at the 'faulty' bed. Did we mind if he could try and rectify the problem - NO! He clearly knew what he was doing and removed some metal which should have been discharged during the manufacturing. Hats off to that man! We were very, very pleased with the outcome. I was so impressed with this that I went on to 'Live chat' and expressed my gratitude.

I popped into Dreams in Broadcut Fareham on Thursday 23rd Nov and spoke to Claire who was very helpful and fully gave her attention and commitment to what I was after and even suggested a bed that was more expensive but far more comfortable than the one I was originally thinking of buying. Afree the need to confer with my hubby I stated I would be back on Monday in which case Claire recommended I speak to Neal the store manager to help me. After speaking to Neal who was very knowledgeable on what I wanted to purchase and even suggested the head board which was great. All in all lovely , efficient service from Dreams. Thank you both .
