We wanted a mattress which we found quite quickly as they were colour coded relating to the type and there was a good choice of super-king sizes too. Simon our salesman also mentioned some super king accessories which we subsequently bought.

Good service and very comfy bed.

Neil the store manager was knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. It’s not the first time he has been exemplary in his customer service.

Well on arrival Claire introduced herself to us and asked if she could help to which I explained I have not a clue what I was looking for and she made it as simple as simple could be for me she offered us a cup of coffee to make us feel at home to which I said yes and it was a very nice cup of coffee and she explained what all the different colour coding men and made it all very easy for me!!

The assistant was helpful knowledgeable.and patient. She was brilliant. She was not pushy . She advised us .Then gave us time to look around, So nice and kind.

We went to the store in Fareham Broadcut Park,Wallington Way, served by a really lovely lady named Julie, she never forced us into anything, left us alone to make up our minds, she was so helpful and friendly we even got a lovely cup of tea, ( I'm an OAP and was with my daughter) she even suggested a new Duvet as they were on offer, we bought 3, If I ever have to go back i would want to be served by her, and I will definitely tell my friends.

I booked a consultation on the website. On arriving at the store we were greeted my Simon and explained we have a appointment booked for 2.30pm. We waited no more that 2minutes and was introduced to Neil. He was one of the most helpful, understanding and warming people we have ever had the chance to cross paths with. (And as my wife and I have over 23 years experience dealing with customers we have experienced alot or different types of people). He listened to all of our needs and went through all the different types of mattress as we have both struggled to find the perfect one for years, he also asked if we would like any tea or coffee which was a nice unexpected touch. Then he did the unthinkable and found one that for the first time my wife and I could actually agree on and we were set. We also bought 2 very comfortable pillows as if the mattress couldn't get any better on its own. He also made sure ever aspect was covered for extra comfort and we ending up buying a new quilt and mattress topper. I can't believe it's taken me this long to buy a mattress from a shop instead of online. We are over the moon with everything and can not wait for it to arrive next Saturday.

A friendly staff member helped with the lift as we had a Pram, explained mattresses to us. Let us browse and was there to offer help or assistance
