We knew what we wanted and the assistant was more than happy to show us where the product was and what the costs were. She was very pleasant and highly efficient in completing the order with a delivery at a time to suit us. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Found the mattress we wanted to purchase. All staff members were friendly and offered advice which satisfied our requirements to make a purchase. Fast delivery time too.

We told the assistant what we wanted and she pointed us to the right products.

Very friendly sales lady. She gave me all of the information I needed. Encouraged me to try the mattress. One of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time. I rang back later to tell her that my friend now wanted the same order and she joked that she would have a cuppa ready. 10/10

When we went into the shop we were able to browse before an assistance asked if they could be of any help,they were not pushy,they appeared very genuine,very courteous, and were attentive in their listening skills enabling us to explain what we were looking for.They were able to answer specific questions and were straightforward point,(not your usual mundane salesmanship that we have experienced in the past)it was the manager who served us and he was very informative explaining to us about the mattress we bought in terminology we were able to understand. We discussed different options regarding delivery and what was very interesting was how our old mattress was to recycled. The delivery went very smoothly was within the time framework I had been quoted and the delivery men again were very courteous, polite and friendly,not damaging anything and even took their shoes off without being asked ( brilliant) Martin who was one of the delivery men explained what I needed to do with mattress within the next couple of hours,the following weeks and months. So all in all a very happy customer,hope these chaps get some recognition about their people's skill. Thank you Jo x

Simon, the sales assistant, was very knowledgeable about the products. Very friendly and was not pushy in any way. We were given time to try out products at our pace. He guided us through the process and was there when we needed any questions answered. Very satisfied and a friendly atmosphere. Also recommend Simon’s coffee making which was a nice touch to be offered a decent cup of coffee.
