The assistant CLAIRE was really helpful as it's been a long time since we bought ourselves a new mattress so her help was knowledgeable without being pushy or overpowering.

The store manager (Neil?) was extremely helpful in helping us choose a mattress and was very knowledgeable! I also fell in love with some bedding that has been discontinued and he was kind enough to let us purchase the display bedding!! Thank you

Staff were efficient, very friendly and knowledgeable. All items were easy to find/ measure etc. We were served by Claire who made the whole visit an extremely happy one. This is our 2nd bed from Dreams and long may it continue.

Unsure of what style of bed we were looking for at the time. The staff were extremely helpful and listened to our needs and showed us the variety of beds that fulfilled our requirements. Very pleasant atmosphere in this store and the staff all welcomed us to look around. Store was very clean and well laid out for ease of looking at the different beds. Very impressed.
