Dreams - Fareham

Because we weren't overcome with staff coming towards us. After a few minutes one of the staff came to help us. She made us coffee, gave us a pillow each to try any of the mattresses. She was polite , friendly &very knowledgeable about all of the products. From start to finish we were in there for an hour. So our whole experience was excellent.

Our sales person was very successful with interacting with us and leaving us alone to test the beds and chat between ourselves. There were plenty of beds to try and we were made to feel that we could take all the time we needed to test them before we made a decision.

Because of the knowledge the staff showed of the items they were selling.

Right from the first contact your sales team made an impression. I contacted one of your rivals by phone and didn't get a good response from them. Contacted dreams Fareham with the same question and needs and he spent time and effort to give the information I needed

The member of staff was extremely polite and helpful, very pleased with our order, just unfortunate we have to wait 6 weeks as we were surprising our son by decorating his room whilst he was away on a school trip.

Popped in on 3 occasions to look at the same bedroom suite...all the staff are really friendly and recognised me after my first visit...Claire delt with me (065) felt very comfortable and confident That was buying the right bedroom.

the sales persons knowledge, and her friendlyness, ,and the way she wasn't high pressuring us into a sale.

Good price service and delivery was within the time advised to us.

FROM THE MINUTE YOU WALK IN THE STORE , YOU GET A FRIENDLY SMILE AND WELCOME , TIME TO BROWSE AND THEN ASSISTANCE AS REQUIRED, WHICH IS WHY WE HAVE BEEN BACK A FEW TIMES FOR VARIOUS ITEMS

The assistant was very helpful and we were given ample time to try the products and make a decision.
