We went it without a budget looking to buy a Tempur mattresss. We were met by friendly, experience and knowledgable staff who listened to our requirements and found the right mattress for us. They asked to try a number of different ones to ensure we had made the correct decision before promptly placing the order for rapid and free saturday delivery the same week

Knowledge of the lady who served us. She had an excellent knowledge of your product range, understood our requirements and as a result was able to guide us to the right product.

Colleague greeted me once I'd had a few moments to orient myself. Jennifer introduced herself, asked if I needed help, then took me to a bed I ended up buying on her recommendation. I tried a couple of other beds out, then when I got to the till, she was busy, but handed me over to the store manager in a very nice way, and he placed my order for me, and made sure I got the delivery slot which suited me. All done and dusted in less than 10 mins, quick, easy and painless

I went in to the Dreams at Broadcut Fareham hampshire. There was only one member of staff working due to an emergency with another staff member. The member of staff who help me was trying to deal with a few customers at the same time with one customer being a little difficult he managed to take it in his stride and dealt with everyone very professionally. he was very apologetic for having to keep us waiting, He`s customer service skills were very commendable.

We were not pressured or hassled which was what was best. The sales lady helped when we needed her, but didn’t bother us which most shops now do. Both ladies in store were lovely and very helpful. Very patient with my son too. Thank you so much for an easy purchase - great customer service

Claire was very attentive and friendly but also gave us time to 'mooch' at our leisure with no pressure at all. She also offered suggestions in trying specific pillow types to help us settle our choice of mattress which really helped. She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. A pleasurable experience!
