Good product, friendly knowledge staff. Very good experience.

The shop is well laid out. The different firmness of the beds is very clear. We were welcomed and had the different types of bed explained to us and then we were left to try the beds on our own. We were offered different pillow styles to try to test the beds. When we were ready we were able to place our order. We felt looked after, but not pressured.

We visited twice and both times we were treated with patience through several mind changes regarding the hardness level of the mattress. My partner laid on the beds and changed a few times but we were not hurried at all by Julie.

Simon our sales advisor, spent time understanding our needs and discussing the options available. We bought a Tempur mattress and after our initial reservations regarding temperature during sleep, Simon explained the new technology and exclusivity to Dreams that made us go forward with the purchase. We had come to the store with one of our children, a 19 month old that had no interest in buying a bed however the distraction of the in-store play area meant my wife and I had an opportunity to discuss the purchase and options available. We also felt the Clearance area where we could buy the new bedding, duvet etc was excellent as we were moving up from a King to a Superking bed. It meant we could buy all new bedding etc at a price we felt was very reasonable. I have already recommended Dreams and in particular Simon at Dreams, Fareham to a friend that is currently looking at purchasing a new bed.
