The assistant knew what I needed and was able to convince me that a superior bed was worth waiting to be delivered rather than taking a mattress I may have been disappointed with from stock. He also explained about the free mattress cover with the protection plan.

I was able to walk in, explain what would like. liked what i tried out, paid for it and was on my way within 5mins. so easy. thank you dreams.

Julie the sales assistant was very helpful and explained optional extras fully. We has the opportunity to try all beds in the showroom, and we're told that we had the option to change the mattress in 40 days if not fully satisfied. We were very pleased with the service we received.

On arriving in the store we were able to just browse at first, then a colleague approached and kindly asked if we would like any advice. Accepting our reply of "Not at the moment, thank you" the staff member left us to continue browsing at our leisure. After a short while we decided to get some advice and the staff member was on hand to give us what we considered to be excellent advice for what we were looking for and was very suitable to our needs. This doesn't happen very much these days and to have someone to give us honest and sound advice was very re-assuring. We will highly recommend your store to family and friends and please rest assured that we would not hesitate to use "Dreams" if we ever need beds/furniture or accessories in the future.

Found the perfect bed very quickly, Julie listened to all our needs and concerns. No pressure to buy there and then, when we did return she remembered the bed that we picked out previously.

All staff were excellent and friendly. Delivery chaps Chris and Ratu great.

Fast and friendly service. We were greeted and offered tea/coffee. Didn't feel rushed and were given opportunity to browse and test beds at our leisure. Ordering process was made easy and advice and information was given at each step. Only downside is that we are looking to purchase some children's bunk beds, but unfortunately this store did not seem to have a range of children's beds. Otherwise very pleased with the service and the range of products we tried.

Very good service and products but 7 week delivery scale is frustratingly long
