We were greeted as we entered and we explained we were just browsing with the intention of purchasing later. The assistant, who turned out to be the manager, accepted this and showed us to the section of beds we were interested in. His knowledge of bed and mattress construction was encyclopaedic! Our particular needs were recognised and accepted. We were very impressed, so much so that we decided not to browse further in other stores. We purchased bed, mattress, duvets for winter and summer. The ordering process was pleasantly completed and a good deal was struck. We were especially pleased that Dreams would remove our old bed. We also need a new single bed and will certainly return to the Broadcut outlet in the New Year. We were impressed by the range and availability of products. To receive our goods within a fortnight is certainly an improvement on the three months we waited for furnishings from a different store last year.

Good selection. Easy process

Everything went very smoothly and I ended up ordering the product that I had considered.

The staff were extremely helpful and the colour coded runners and signage across the end of the beds made it quick and easy to locate the traditional style mattresses of the right degree of firmness. Time is precious and whilst I wanted to ensure I got the right product but not take all day about it.

All went smoothly allowing us plenty of time to explore options and ask questions.

Excellent staff knowledge and assistance left us along to look and was happy to help when we required it. Our sales assistant Julie was really good as I suffer from back pain I was looking for a duvan so it's easier to get up from. All in all a very good visit

Both member of staff I spoke to were very help full and friendly and done what they could to satisfy my criteria.

My assistant was good at her job, she answered my questions simply and with an obvious depth of product knowledge.

Assistant was very helpful and explained every thing really well my wife is disabled so left me to finish the order
