Claire who dealt with my purchase was very helpful and made me feel welcome

We were initially approached by the member of staff to let us know they were there to help us if we needed, this was great and it didn't feel pushy. All the staff were naturally friendly and it was a pleasure having a chat while the order was going through.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They greeted us and then allowed us time to make our decisions. They were then very helpful when we had questions and wanted to order.

Your sales team member Neil at the Broadcut, Fareham store took the time to ensure the mattress I selected was correct for me. I was not pushed towards any promoted brand or product.

The staff were friendly but not pushy. I was offered a drink on both occasions I visited the store. The first gentleman I spoke to explained about all the different types of mattresses available and explained how to decide which one would be right for me (by how much it dips when you get on it, which I didn't know) the lady I spoke to on my second visit when I actually placed my order was again very helpful but not pushy, offered me the 5 year mattress cover which I took and also warned me that the mattress I receive would be slightly firmer than the one I tried in the shop for a while and advised me on how often to 'turn' the mattress. Both the staff I dear with were lovely

Neil couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. His knowledge of all things bed related made our visit to Dreams very simple and easy. He makes a good cup of tea too!

Assistant knew about product offered tea .

Simon was very knowledgeable, offered a hot drink and a pillow and encouraged us to try the beds without applying any sales pressure. Although we had made a decision on a mattress from another retailer Simon was more than happy to help us decide on a bed frame. Thank you

Good advice given. I hadn't realised the type of pillow made a difference to the comfort of the bed.
