The. Experience and knowledge of the staff. There was no pressure selling which makes a lot of difference to my husband and me. All in all a pleasent experience for a difficult thing to buy.

Staff approached but were not pushy. Very friendly. Left us to wonder and were available when an answer was wanted. She was busy with a customer at order but found someone to deal . Good service

We went to your store in Fareham today to buy a new mattress. The sales assistant was great. After telling her what we were looking for, she was very helpful showing us several mattress that we could try which helped my Wife & I find just what we wanted.

Availability to try all mattresses for comfort, good advice and overall value for money. It obviously takes time to assess whether the purchase is suitable for the customers requirements, so it is reassuring that there is a return policy.

I had to give a few five points on the questions, because I could not know what rating to give them until the bed was delivered and tested. On delivery time, again, I cannot judge at present, because I was told 4 weeks verbally, yet when I perused the paperwork, it stated 49 days (7 weeks)

Friendly sales staff, claire was very knowledgeable about the products on offer. With her knowledge she helped us find the correct mattress for our new bed.

There was only the Manager in the store. He gave me coffee and all the time I needed to lie on beds and decide which I wanted to order. I do not receive the bed for another 3 weeks so, although I am sure it is right, I do not want to comment on it until it is in place and in use.
