Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and there were a number at choices available within my price range

Very satisfied with the level of assistance in the shop. There is a fine line between being helpful or annoying in any shop sometimes to the point where one doesn't want to revisit. Luckily Edward who dealt with our order had this down to a tee. He seemed to know when to back away and let us browse and know when to assist when needed. We were after a new mattress and tv bed which we ended up buying from your company. In all honesty I would put it down to the way we were treated as paying customers in particular Edward. The whole visit was very pleasurable and with all the options down to building the bed to taking away the old one it has taken all of the agro away. Would I recommend Dreams. Very much a yes especially the staff at the Fareham branch.

The Fareham Broadcut Dreams store had a member of staff called Ed that helped me and he had gone above and beyond in his customer service.

We visited the Fareham branch of Dreams. We were greeted by store manager Neil. He was very helpful. We knew which mattress we required but he gave us pillows so we could try a couple of options.

Highly attentive to our needs but Julie didn't put us under any pressure.
