plenty of time to look around. no hassle. staff on hand to assist. didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. listened carefully to what I said. offered hot drink. given thinking time after options explained. My husband and I came to Dreams not fully understanding quite what we wanted and the Salesman took time to explain all aspects of mattress we might require. We had a chance to look at the merchandise and to test the comfort without any pressure or hovering. We made our purchase feeling very satisfied and that the money was well spent. Thank you Salesman or Manager for making the morning a pleasure. We will certainly be back again.

I was greeted with a smile and a friendly lady in the local store who showed me exactly what I wanted. I was allowed to try the mattress that I had chosen from your website and I was satisfied that it met my needs. The only things that I was not really happy about was a weekend delivery charge and the £33 charge for removing the old mattress. These charges could easily be eliminated if say £5 were added to the cost of every mattress sold. most people would note query the additional cost and the company would be in pocket.

The assistant was extremely helpful and her friendly advise was invaluable.

I went in wanting a specific mattress that I had seen a few days before and asked for help out of 3 which was best for my 6 year old daughter. The one I wanted to order was a firm mattress but was advised not a good one for her growing bones. She pointed out two others and explained in detail both of them and recommend one more than the other. I was very happy with the service and advice and went with the one she said would be best. Good fast service and will be returning in a few months for a new bed for myself.
