Jennifer was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the products on offer. We were made very welcome and offered a pillow and a cup of tea! Very good service!!

Was met at the door .Asked what we required and directed to the right area , shown what to look for and with no rush we had a good look at all the things we required . Then placed our order .

The member of staff was very helpful on the product i was interested in and went further onto the website to show us alternative bedframes not in store to suit our style

Claire the salesperson showed us the Beds and mattresses, and gave us enough time to make our own mind up, without any sales pressure.

Having seen your adverts in various papers/TV, we decided to have a look at one of your stores. We went to the Fareham branch. It was large, uncluttered and products were displayed well with discriptions and prices. We were not pressurised in any way. The lady assistant just came up to us and said if we needed assistance in any way she was available. We were only interested in buying a replacement mattress. Having sampled the many on offer, we selected one and called the assistant over. At the sales desk we were offered tea or coffee which we accepted, our details were taken and the other relevant products were explained to us. The delivery date was agreed and we also took up the offer for the removal of our existing mattress. As we did not need anything else, we duly signed up. In all a very pleasant and stress free experience. Thank you.

the shop assistant, welcomed us politely and listened to what we were looking for before guiding us to the desired mattresses, where we tried various firmness and comfort with the guidance of your assistant without being pushy, she offered us refreshment as we searched, before deciding on a particular mattress.
