The lady who served me her name was julie she was absolutely lovely and so helpful! She did everything in her power to make my purchase that much easier for me she was so kind and polite!! It was a lovely change to be served by someone so calm and friendly!

Good selection of mattresses and knowledgeable assistant (Jennifer). She was able to give us comparisons of various options and we did not feel pressurised in any way.

Julie really helped us to decide on the mattress to suit our needs. She didn't rush us and was very knowledgable about all the products.

I was served by the store manager Mr Swales, who was very attentive to my needs and gave my plenty of time to be 100% sure of which bed I wanted to choose. Having a bit of a bad back, he also explained in detail what types of mattresses would be suitable for me. On the whole, a great experience!

The staff member who served me - Julie - was very knowledgeable and both patient and friendly. She only expressed her own preferences when specifically asked and was happy to move goods around the store for my convenience.
