I am disabled and in a wheelchair, so can feel uncomfortable when asking for help at times but Julie the assistant made me feel at ease and made me feel like a valued customer. I would not only recommend the store but would very much recommend Julie as nothing was too much trouble.

Greeted when we entered the store , took our requirements and left us to look at our leisure without any pressure. Offered advice as and when we needed it. Pleasent experience from start to finish - very happy customer.

The store colleague listened to what we said and understood our requirements and then recommended a variety of products that met our needs not just the cheapest or most expensive

We were very impressed with Julie who gave us all the information that we needed without being pushy.She showed us all the alternatives,explained all the differences and left us to try the different mattresses giving further advise when needed.Full marks!

THE STORE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL IN ANSWERING ALL OUR QUESTIONS. WE WERE ALLOWED TO TRY VARIOUS BEDS AT OUR OWN PACE.

I hadn't been to a bed store for many years and shopping at Dreams was a very pleasant experience,offered coffee and an experienced assistant helped me to choose exactly what l wanted,no hassle, he listened to what l was prepared to pay too and added up prices as we went around and l got the beds and mattresses l wanted perfect.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. I bought from them despite having a close friend managing a Bensons for Beds store.

I am 90 years old and deaf, so was accompanied by my daughter. On opening the store door, Simon, a pleasant member of staff, welcomed us to the store, and enquired as to what we were looking for, and was told that a complete bed replacement. His friendly and very helpful assistance enabled me, with some guidance from my daughter, and Simon, I quickly decided the bed that I would like. I have been suffering lots of loss of sleep, due to a very old bed, (29 years old) so decided on "DHD Westwood Standard 4'0" Adjustable End Draw", and on lying on the bed and testing the different adjustment, I could definitely feel a great improvement in my back. We were then able to purchase the necessary bed clothes In overall treatment from your staff it was excellent.
