We were looked after very well by Julie who listened to our needs and helped us accordingly.

We had come from Benson's, where the staff didn't even acknowledge us. Upon arriving at Dreams Fareham we were greeted by Simon. We told him we were looking to replace our mattress but were confused by all the options. He went through the colour coding, and offered us a hot drink while we looked at the options.

We went to the store to look at options available for a replacement bed and were met by Simon. Simon was very heplful, explaining the different types of mattresses available and recommended the most suitable one following a discussion with us as to what we were expecting of the new mattress. Throughout his dealing with us, he was courteous and polite and gave us the information that we sought. We really appreciate his attention and assistance in helping us choose our new bed. We hope you will pass our thanks to Simon.

Only went in for a look but saw something that met my needs at a reasonable price so made an order.

Excellent staff, very helpful

I was greeted soon after entering the store. Simon know where all the products, I asked to see, were located. He answered all my questions about the products immediately. He gave me time to examine the products without hastling me. He made an excellent cup of tea in china. Invited me to sit comfortably at a desk, while he completed my order. Was friendly, without being over familiar, as some salesmen can be.

Staff very friendly and helpful. No pressure on me to purchase - although I did.
