The sales person (Simon) was very helpful and friendly. He explained the differences / benefits of each bed very well.

We were given good advice and help but given space to consider our options. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable but stood back several times so that we did not feel ignored but also not unduly pressurised in any way.

Simon was able to explain to us about how a bed has a tog rating, this helped me understand my needs.

I measured my bed incorrectly, measured it with the bedding on rather than just the mattress. Ended up ordering the wrong size mattress! Pleased to say that the store manager managed to change my order for the correct size mattress after I phoned the store and told him about my blunder.

All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We knew what we wanted,but didn't know how to express it, but our salesman knew exactly.

It was quick and easy

The sales lady (Claire) we dealt with spoke to us as soon as we entered the store. Although she in the middle of helping another colleague at the time, she stopped what she was doing and immediately gave us her undivided attention. Once she understood what we were looking for she quickly pointed out the mattress I had seen on the internet and invited us to lie on it to try it out. After some friendly chat and good information about the mattress we (my wife and I) were offered cups of tea and looked after considerately until we made our purchase decision, completed the paperwork and arranged delivery. Very satisfactory service throughout our visit.
