All aspects were very good

We were particularly pleased with the attention by the lady who served us in the shop. Claire was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She do not rush us in any way and answered all our questions. We are looking forward to the delivery of our mattress. Although we cannot comment on that stage just yet, we hope it will be as good as the shop experience.

Friendly sales assistant, no pressure and relaxed experience

Very relaxed shopping experience,Claire was around to offer advice and answer any questions we had and then allowed us the time to keep looking and testing without feeling pressured or watched over. Felt we could take as long as needed to make decision. We also had our rather talkative and energetic son with us but did not feel this was in anyway inconvenient as can be made to feel in other stores in fact Claire was very good in talking to him also. When it came to pay we were offered insurances and other products with no pressure to buy but in fact I hadn't even looked around as I thought it'd be quite expensive in dreams but once offers were pointed out to us we bought everything which saved us money and time having to go elsewhere!
