Staff came to greet. Even when i said i had very little money i still had great help

The sales rep Simon at Fareham was very helpful and polite.

The staff were attentive but not intrusive. Gave helpful information and advice

From first entering the Fareham store, it was clear we were going to get good service. The Manager (Simon) asked if we needed help or advice. After explaining my back problems to him, he immediately recommended 5 different mattresses might suit me. As I tried each mattress out, he explained the qualities of them, and left me to relax for 10 minutes on each one. I made my choice - a double Tempur Sensation Deluxe. During the weekend I found the same item cheaper elsewhere, and after phoning your Customer Services, who checked it out, I was informed I would have an amount refunded to my debit card. I would like to add that the whole experience was one of professionalism, friendliness and excellent customer relations, and I thank you for that. One final word - Simon made myself and my daughter a perfect refreshing cup of tea. Well done to all of you !!!!

The member of staff was friendly, helpful and very polite. Also they were not in your face directly you walked in the door, which gave us a chance to just look at the choice and what we needed.

Julie at the store made the difference between enquiry and a sale. Extremely able, and no pressure made it an easy transaction.

Julie was very helpful and listened to everything I had to say, especially about the disabilities that could be seen as problems, she even had helpful advice. Would defiantly use Dreams again and especially ask ask for Julie, she was very professional.

I was asked lots of questions to ensure I was shown the right kinds of mattresses for me.
