Dreams - Fareham

I have ordered 3 or 4 mattresses and beds over the last 10 years for myself and children and have always used Dreams. I am always impressed with the products and especially the Delivery team who have always been friendly, polite and keep you up to date on their arrival. Overall a brilliant service, highly recommend!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were asked what our requirements were and the purpose of the bed we wanted. We were then shown various beds and asked to try them out. Once we had chosen a bed and mattress we were offered a headboard. The placing of the order was very quick and easy to follow. We were very satisfied with the way we were treated and the Covid restrictions they had in place. We would highly recommend Dream's and will be going back to replace other beds in our house.

THE SALES ASSISTANT - ED - GREATED US AND EXPLAINED THE COVID PROTOCOLS AND THEN DISCUSSED OUR REQUIREMENTS, HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS, HE THEN SHOWED US AND EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCES IN THE MATRESSES AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. HE THEN TOOK OUR ORDER WHICH WAS A VERY HASSLE FREE PROCESS AND OFFERED US THE DELIVERY SLOT THAT BEST SUITED US. OVER ALL A FANTASTIC PROCESS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF MADE THE WHOLE VISIT VERY ENJOYABLE
